Shipping policy

1.Order Processing
Orders will be inspected, packed and shipped within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation. All items are packed in‑house and shipped directly by international logistics.
 
2.Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 7‑15 business days. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, peak seasons or local postal issues out of our control.
 
3.Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT and any customs fees. All shipments will be declared truthfully.
 
4.Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes, military or embargoed areas. Reshipping fees caused by incorrect buyer addresses will be borne by the buyer
